Designed with a tight-fitting bodice style a Sabrina neckline and princess seams. The dress was designed with all over H3llo Kitty face toss up print. The semi round shape bodice was created with elastic backing for easy fitting and dressing.

The ensemble is complete with a twirly skirt and playful twirls. This dress is perfect for parties, play dates, park visits or any occasion that needs a dash of style and fun.
