Everyone’s favorite mermaid reveals itself with this printed twirly fun dress. Detailed with ruffles on the sleeves and lace.  The heart shaped bodice was created with a corset style design.  The bodice is made with elastic backing for easy fitting and dressing and the skirt is full and twirly.  The ruffles were created with a solid red print that enhances the details of the dress making it extra special and unique.
