Sleeveless dress in a soft stretchy princess Halloween witches printed fabric.  This dress offers a high neck and open back with neck ties and stretchy back strap for a perfect fit.  The front features a triangle opening all made with cotton spandex fabric that stretches 4 ways and the skirt is super twirly for hours of twist and twirls.
